Keith has been in the industry for nearly 50 years and has been running P&M since 1979 and he has built a strong and long lasting relationship with customers over the years. Dave has been in the HVAC industry for 30 years, giving the duo a combined experience of 80 years. Dave owned KRPS in Bexley from 2005 and in 2012 they merged the two companies together creating a stronger, more experienced company with a larger team of staff to ensure their customers get the service they deserve.

Elliott followed Dave Dunn from KRPS to Pumps and Motors in 2012. As our Operations Director he oversees all of our remedial works and the works carried out by our engineers day-to-day. Elliott is always on hand to help our staff and customers with any technical needs with his 25+ years experience in the HVAC industry.

Being one of our longest members of staff at Pumps and Motors, Dawn has been with us for over 25 years and is in charge of all accounting including overseeing all of our customers and suppliers accounts.

Liam has been a member of the P&M team for 20 years, starting as an engineer, working on site he is now our Contract Manager, looking after our contract with Greenwich Leisure Ltd. Liam ensures that our 8 service engineers complete the scheduled servicing for our contract throughout the year. Liam and his team will assist our client with all enquiries ensuring they receive the best service.

Teresa is in charge of all of our Human Resources, making sure that our staff and our customers are safe and looked after as much as possible. She also makes sure that we have all of our accreditations, ensuring that we are working within the correct guidelines in our industry.

Working alongside our Accounting Manager, Dawn, Jo deals with our accounts at Pumps and Motors, ensuring that our customers receive their invoices promptly and helping them with any queries and concerns they may have regarding payments.

Tracy has been with the P&M team since 2020. Tracy distributes the work throughout the Sales Office to keep the work flow efficient.

The team work together to make sure their daily tasks are complete and ensuring that they assist our customers as much as possible by phone and email and transferring customers to the correct departments where technical advice is needed.

In 2022, our sales office broke down into 2 divisions, with us building a dedicated team to deal with our GLL contract. This consists of the day to day remedials and call outs for the Better gyms across London, as well as maintaining our service contract which has been running since 2014.

Pumps and Motors have the facilities to hold a vast variety of parts and spares in our warehouse. Our warehouse supervisor ensures we have the stock to supply our engineers for their daily jobs as well as urgent parts our customers may need. Whilst also being able to offer some on site deliveries, straight from our warehouse.

We have 4 engineers working at our workshop in Barking 5 days a week. Because of our in-house manufacturing facility, we are able to cater for all types of repairs including machining works with our fully equipped facilities which enables us to repair, overhaul and restore to new of most pump and motor applications, this is particularly beneficial as we can repair most obsolete pumps instead of carrying out costly system pipework alterations to accommodate new equivalent pumps. We also have the facility to manufacture our Turney Turbine Pumps in our workshop.

We have a team of service engineers at P&M who assist us to maintain a scheduled contract with our clients. Their combined skills have expanded our abilities at Pumps and Motors to cater more for our customers HVAC needs.

Our ever-growing team of engineers is varied in skills in our industry and we pride ourselves on the quality of our onsite engineers. We have a hard working and supportive team of 20+ engineers and we aim to provide the highest standard of workmanship and service to meet all of our customers requirements.

P&M have a group of trainees who are both apprentices and approvers, depending on their ages. We give them the chance of learning the HVAC industry picking up as many new skills as possible, giving them the full learning experience. We are not currently looking for anymore trainees but keep an eye out on our jobs page in the future.
